Terms of Service

Art commissions are purely for personal use and may not be redistributed (e.g. in P4P project, fan project) nor used commercially without my explicit consent. Personal use includes profile picture, printing for journaling or home wall, etc.! Please credit me if art is used online or publicly.Using my art for N/F/Ts, gen/erative A/I are completely prohibited!I reserve the right to deny any commission. Production period will be 2-4 weeks, throughout which progress sketches will be sent. In case of emergency, your commission may take longer, but I will try my best to accommodate deadlines if discussed prior to production! ☺In the rare event I cannot finish your commission, I will refund the commission up to what I've completed or half, whichever is more (ex. if you've bought a half-body coloured sketch for $40 and I've only completed the B&W sketch portion, I'll not refund the $15 difference, but the $20 half! If I haven't begun at all, I'll just refund the entire commission). Refunds are not allowed after completion of commission.
